Dirty bloody sheets rude and nasty staff we were suppose to be in a non smoking 🚭 room and got smoking it was terrible

I checked out after the first night because the place was so disgusting. They said no refund because I booked it through Expedia. There was a crack pipe in my room and the whole place was treated as a half way house

Decent room. Noisy neighbors. Odor in hallway The customer service was good. The room was decent. Rented 2 rooms for the night. Both were in acceptable condition. Only issues were that people 2 doors down were partying all night with loud music and noisy in the hall. I had to go out and ask them to quiet down. The adjoining halfway had an odor that seemed like maybe urine.
