Poor service I stayed at this hotel for over a week. When I asked to get my room clean, I was told by the front desk clerk and housekeeper that it would get taken care of the following day. After working 12 hrs as a nurse, I got back to my room, my room was untouched. I called the front desk and was told that I have to wait 14 days to get my room cleaned d/t the pandemic. Average room for average price It was fine, just average. But I also wasn’t expecting The Ritz. The room / bathroom could use some cosmetic fixes, but seemed clean enough. There was no remote for the TV in the room, so I had to go back to the front desk who were able to find one. And the light next to the bed was not working; I didn’t want to bother with maintenance or change rooms, so I simply reported it when I checked out. Certainly not a “deal breaker”. In general, it was about what I would expect for what I paid.

I didn't like that i reserved and paid for a king sized bed smoking room and i got 2 double beds non smoking room.

I asked for a Studio room non-smoking,what I seen online is different in person wasn’t expected to have any problems here half done housekeeping work I had to clean my own room.to make my self a comfortable with my stay,
