My family's experience and I was when we got to the hotel and got up to the third floor it smelled really bad and that apart from that when you walked into the room it was dirty the fridge was look like it hadn't even been clean

Hotel from Hell stay away My stay was terrible. The room looked better in the pictures than in reality. The bathroom was dirty and had hair around the bathtub. My room looked dated and the TV stand needs to be changed. I could not sleep the entire night because I could hear the people in the room above me walking across the floor as if there were elephants up there all night. Stayed 4/11 - 4/15/24 They didn’t disclose that this in property had tenants living there! I was in 329 with my family and the person next to us had a dog barking at night for the duration of our stay. There was also a dog across the hall barking with the other dog. When I called to complain, the attendant told me they are tenants. Like “ it is what it is”. The window wouldn’t close all the way so we had to keep the heat at 81.
