Room not available that had been booked, given a second room that was next to ongoing construction and strong chemical smells, tried third room. Condition was fair, worn, mold on gasket of refrigerator, small bugs in bathroom, smell from heating/air conditioner. Opened window for fresh air. Hallway smelled of more chemicals masking underlying odors. Left property after one night, will not return. I should have read deeper into reviews.

Unpleasant stay The place was run down, unpleasant smell in the hallway, the floor stuck to your shoes, no hair dryer in the room, the cord had been cut off, cigarette burns on the bathroom sink, the battery compartment on the TV control was missing causing the batteries to keep falling out. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I believe people actually live here for months at a time. It was very disappointing

They cancelled our reservation while we were in transit. The desk clerk was too busy not caring to even help us. We were in the lobby for at least an hour working three cell phones trying to locate an suitable replacement and had to go 60 miles away. While we were there, we noticed that the place smelled awful and guests were complaining about the room conditions and one went as far as to fixing a smoke detector himself. this place is a disaster. The room wasn't clean. The towels weren't clean. The entire hotel, including the room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was non smoking. Even the mirror in the bathroom had dirty patches, that were so dirty you couldn't see a reflection.

No soundproofing or vibration isolation between the room I was staying in and the room above. A lot of activity in the room above kept me awake from 3-4am. The building is in need of updating all around.
