The room was clean and staff was friendly. Not great but not bad either.

The suite was clean, even the bathroom condition was good too. The only problem was that the ceiling and the walls were so thin. And we had someone constantly walking in their suites living above and beside us. Their foot steps were heavy and they were probably packing, moving their luggages or furniture around. There were a lot of noises and were very disturbing. So if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not an option to you. Unless you request to stay on top floor, corner unit. Everything else was good. Great room - good hotel. They need a bell at the desk. The service was fine but myself and another guest waited quite a while to be helped even though we could hear them in the back room. They could not hear us. I did not like the bed. Too hard.

It was great nice and quiet , my and my 2 kids slept well was a nice hotel would stay again

They stay was fine, my sheets and comforter smelt sweaty and they had stains on them as if they were not cleaned or changes. Inside of the shower had hair in the tub. I had to buy covers to sleep on the bed

Stove didn't work and we found hair in the bed and they're on the go breakfast was just a cupboard that you opened up with 3 options one of the options was oatmeal with no hot water.
