Stayed 4/11 - 4/15/24 They didn’t disclose that this in property had tenants living there! I was in 329 with my family and the person next to us had a dog barking at night for the duration of our stay. There was also a dog across the hall barking with the other dog. When I called to complain, the attendant told me they are tenants. Like “ it is what it is”. The window wouldn’t close all the way so we had to keep the heat at 81. As this is the only terrible hotel experience of my life, where do I begin? Well, I'll start by saying that the hotel could be for the homeless and should be free for them. The smell of cigarettes, the complete lack of cleanliness with blankets that I wouldn't even find in used items for sale, a breakfast I wouldn't even give to my dog, and the lack of politeness, especially with the receptionist lady Nelida. This property was so dirty and disgusting I could hardly stand it. First I waited 15 minutes for the front desk person to show, which normally would be no big deal, but I needed to get to bed for my 4am shift. Then I got to my room the refrigerator was rusted the counters had circular sticky spots as if they had not been wiped and it smelled like smoke. Bulldoze it and start over again.

Good location that’s about it We showed up to check in at 3:30, took 45 minutes to get someone to check us in. Everything is outdated and dirty. Our bathroom shower faucet didn’t shut off.
