Room looked old .. bathroom needs serious update shower rod starting to detach from wall.

The property is dark and dirty. My room had not been vacuumed before I took residency. The staff was friendly, helpful and nice; but this place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Tv was all snow, internet connection worked about 20% of the time.

Interesting concept of efficiency living. Not very clean, toilet stained and hairs on the bathroom sink

The outside of the hotel was beautiful, check in with the staff was fairly easy. I was not told at check in that I had to pick up my dishes from the front desk, so I went three days without eating utensils and bought my own coffee pot. The worst part about the room was there was a piece of wall pulling away from the wall behind the stove, the bathroom had a white glue ring on the floor where there used to be another toilet, the tub faucet leaked constantly no matter how hard I tried to get it to stop and the faucet itself wa... read more

Acceptable but won’t be back. Not as comfortable as I had hoped but property was clean and in good condition. The room was really bare bones. All cupboards were bare upon checking. We had to request any kitchen items we wanted and then pick them up at the front desk. While I don’t have any direct complaints about the property, I do think there are nicer options in the price category and will not choose this hotel chain again.
