As this is the only terrible hotel experience of my life, where do I begin? Well, I'll start by saying that the hotel could be for the homeless and should be free for them. The smell of cigarettes, the complete lack of cleanliness with blankets that I wouldn't even find in used items for sale, a breakfast I wouldn't even give to my dog, and the lack of politeness, especially with the receptionist lady Nelida. This property was so dirty and disgusting I could hardly stand it. First I waited 15 minutes for the front desk person to show, which normally would be no big deal, but I needed to get to bed for my 4am shift. Then I got to my room the refrigerator was rusted the counters had circular sticky spots as if they had not been wiped and it smelled like smoke. Bulldoze it and start over again.

Check in took 35 minutes Filthy Window in room was broken Didn’t stay the second night Went to the Doubletree Service was terrible

Not even toilet functioning correctly. Total waste of money.

Good location that’s about it We showed up to check in at 3:30, took 45 minutes to get someone to check us in. Everything is outdated and dirty. Our bathroom shower faucet didn’t shut off.

My room smelled like an ash tray and carpet, walls, floors were dirty plus worn. Rooms around me had people coming and going all night. The noise kept me up, final I gave up on sleep. I got dressed and left since I didn't want to use the shower and walk on the floors. I totally understand why the room was so inexpensive. Never will I go there again.

The room stunk. We tried opening the windows but they were both broken. Bed sheets had a stain and so did the duvet. Chair was broken. Small hairs in tub. Smoke detector wires exposed. On the positive, no bugs. Avoid this place.
