The front desk person was extremely rude and could use some customer service training. She seemed bothered that I was even there. Then upon calling after I checked out to understand a $25 fee that appeared on my credit card, she rudely stated it was the pet fee (which I was not told about at check in) and then hung up on me. Also, the hotel had a weird smell (i think because of people cooking in their "in room" kitchens and not opening the windows. It was a little nauseating. Expedia hotel blew it again. Arrived at hotel to find one of the two rooms we booked available and the other was closed for maintenance hence not available to us and on Thanksgiving night. Expedia and Hotels simply do not communicate. Don't book with Expedia unless you have low expectations. I vowed never to book with Expedia again based on a prior mess and took a leap of faith only to be disapointed. There were tweakers in the parking lot partying the first night were there. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. We would of been better off sleeping on the floor!
