Not so good! This is probably one of the dirtiest extended stay ive stayed in. Cigarette butts all over and trash. Just on the outside. Hallways are dingy and smelly (pot smell]. Went thru 3 rooms to find one that is somewhat clean. 1 rokm wondow was cracked open which means AC is not working. 2nd room had hair all over counters and shower walls. Musty smell. 3rd room was ok. The smell, get a better bed sheet it’s a dirty hotel it has stain everywhere. Will stay there again and and on top of that it not peaceful I can hear the laundry.

I don't complain at about much,, but when I walk into a room that smells of smoke so bad I have to buy air freshener just to be able to continue to be in it, that's a problem. I use this app and your service often. I also gave a deposit for the room that was never credited back on my account. That's another issue, I only stayed for a few hours and didn't even shower in the shower because it was totally disgusting. I would like something done about this. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelt terrible. The smoke smell was even in the towels. So bad
