Disgusting There was hair in the bathroom. When we came downstairs to let the management know the hotel had put a window up showing they were closed. Refused to refund me! Did not even spend the night!

Most disgusting place on earth Absolutely horrifying pictures are worth a thousand words. I’ve stayed at several extended stay hotels not a single problem yet this is the absolute worst location in history. You’d be better to stay in your car or sleep on the sidewalk. It’s disgusting, blood splattered under the sink, broken lamps in the ceiling, the was a literal window screen sitting against the wall in our third story room we stayed in with a child, might I add, holes in the drywall and no turn dials on the oven. Disappointed worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Room stinks I have to ask for air freshener from the housekeeper. No shampoo I had to ask for it. No lotion no hangers had to borrow hairdryer from the front desk. Breakfast was small muffins, snack bars, always run out of coffee. House keeping did not clean room. The only good thing was during our check in. Jenny was very nice and accommodating. I cancelled my booking for November 21 to 23, 2019 because I don’t want to experience same thing.

The property stsff were friendly and helpful. The room was poorly maintained with a leak in the shower head that was bubbling the paint above it and the spigot was not flush with the wall in the tub. There was heavy dust on the floor and cobwebs between the cabinet overhang and the baseboard. The exterior entrance lock wssn't working properly.

The room was nice in side, a full kitchen but no exhaust fan for the bathroom, that when the door is opened you enter the kitchen. no one want to smell that and food. but the room was a room. two beds, TV, fridge, bathroom with towels. But very uneasy feeling as i walked down the halls and in the lobby. also not really sure this doors shut in my room at least with out the top lock latched. but i stayed because i needed a room close to the highway for travel.
