Not my favorite There were ants all over my A/C unit by the window when I went to sleep. When I woke up and went to the bathroom in the morning all the ants had relocated to the bathroom vanity. When I turned around there was a cockroach crawling up the side of the shower. Room 212. Paying the extra 50$ to stay at the Hampton Inn right next door may be the better bet.

Terrible place! Ants everywhere, bathroom fans didn't work, air conditioners so loud couldn't sleep, very dirty, greasy tubs, most every drains slow or plugged!!

There was a family with small kids directly above my room and the only thing the kids did all day and night was run back and fourth making it hard to relax and my room smelled like cigarette smoke giving me a headache and the mattress was horrifyingly disgusting i even took pictures never again will i ever stay there EVER

I had paid for a king size bed but was given a queen size bed but was ok with that... I had 2 issues first was the elevator wasn’t working and had to get to my room which was in the third floor which I don’t mind if things break but elevators have been down for months and haven’t been fixed. My main issue was as soon as I entered my room the smell of i don’t know what exactly it was but smelled of some such of smoke

The receptionist never asked if I need smoking or not smoking room , room was smelly a cigar a here ot , window was not clean , sooty always I stay en Elk Grove and was happy but not these time

Just really bad It was awful wet towels dirty wash towels smell ants broken elevator hot hall way

I didn’t like anything the staff was rude , the whole hotel is dirty. They never not once came and cleaned or tightened up the room. The elevator was broke they ya sho sign up. Swat came and we could no go back to our room for hours that night. Staff was very rude and not helpful including front desk and housekeeping

Terrible I never stayed at a place where you are charged for housekeeping. And when you requested they come to clean at 5 pm. Very poor customer service. The employees do not have uniforms they were street cloths. Evening time people hanging outside. I will not stay at this type of hotel again.
