I had reserved a one bed because me and my spouse were staying the night come to find out when I go to check in that they ran out and gave me a 2 bed why do I need a 2 bed it’s so unprofessional that if you see my reservation why do you let the room I requested run out that was so inconvenient for me we literally did not sleep good because of how small the beds where for 2 they really need to call the customer and inform them if they run out not just expect us to be ok with it so unprofessional and very dirty they have compu... read more

For check in the staff member wanted the name of every person staying in each . Usually I only have to give my name because I am the one paying for the room and found them needing all this information odd and it felt a bit intrusive. I questioned the staff member why she need so much information and the only explaination she could give is because her manager said so . Also I paid for a cot and the staff had me carry up my own sheet for the cot and they only brought it up after I had to remind them . Lastly the only elevator ... read more

No coffee in rooms No ice machine and no daily towel service and very limited TV and the breakfast was absolutely a joke stay away the owners are Soo cheap who knows what else there hidding

The outside looked nice. The bedding was bad, room eas clean but very wotn out.

I didn't like that the room's didn't have garbage cans,bath towels, and gave rooms where construction was going on.

I booked a room for this property, and an hour later I received a phone call that said "we dont have any rooms available and we cant check you in" even though rooms were still available online. The front desk was not apologetic at all and didn't offer to relocate me to another hotel.
