Room smelled. Not very clean. Booked a room for four adults. Room and beds too small. Way too expensive for what it was. On par with motel 6

Disappointing Property needs some attention. Check-in went fine. Hallways had slight odor. Room had very unpleasant odor (could not place it, not sure I wanted to); ended up purchasing a room deodorizer and attaching to the A/C unit. Furniture could use a refresh...lots of scratches and marring. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Overall, two stars. Service at front desk when I checked in should have been immediate, shouldn’t have to wait for her to do laundry. Bathtub had a fast leak, so water was constantly dripping, loudly. Toilet was leaking from behind. Continental breakfast extremely disappointing, stale granola bar and coffee that was not hot.

It could and should have been a lot better... Stayed just one night with dog, so being dog-friendly was important to me. From the outside, it seems okay, standard hotel type building in the middle of a suburban area. However, once you are actually walking around the grounds, it will be inescapable how poorly they are taking care of the place. There is litter everywhere. Parts of the room were not clean, room in poor repair: Door to bathroom didn't close, shelves loose, outlets worn out, bed had only very light bed cover, They did gives us extra blankets. Morning coffee and "breakfast" were non existent. Parking was insufficient, had to park clear around other side of building.

Flophouse The outside property is dirty, the lobby and elevator dirty. Unfriendly staff, patron and front desk staff yelling and arguing. Ghetto! Upside, there’s a Starbucks within walking distance.

The room could be cleaner, the microwave was dirty and the elevator floor is dirty. I did not feel good about taking a shower the room just didn’t look clean and fresh, even the floor in the room did not look clean. I will never stay here again.
