El hotel no tenia datos de mi reservacion. tomo aprox una hora para asignarme una habitacion. despues de viajar por masde 8 horas, lo ultimo que uno espera que la reservacion previamente pagada no existe.

Booked hotel and not even an hour later got a call saying hotel was overbooked and my room was not guaranteed and had to cancel

Floors were filthy along with most surfaces in the room. There was broken glass in the flower beds all the outside trashes were over flowing the entire time we were there. There were large gaps under the doors and missing weatherstripping so hot air just came in. Non of the drains really drained effectively had to turn the water off in the middle of my shower and just to rinse a cup in the kitchen the sink filled. The cabinets fridge were dirty and the fridge was not cold upon arrival.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING. VERY SUBSTANDARD It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Extended Stay America. The area is a very bad part of town that I was not aware of,very low income and drug & prostitution. Every body around me smoke in the room. They were short of staff and my room was not cleaned even once as was scheduled. No sanitary stuff like body wash and so on in the room. Next time I’ll be more vigilant in choosing a hotel.

Not very nice place. Staff was very nice but trash was piled in the stairwells, very dingy room. Bed was comfortable but glad I was only there for one night.

"Ick" It was an unmitigated disaster. I felt threatened and unsafe every time I went out the door. I felt my room might be broken into any time I left. I felt my car might also be in danger. #1 I was on the third floor. The elevator was broken and only went to the 2nd. #2. It was not a hotel but rather rental units for low income people.
