When given our room the door lock was broken so we told management this and they shut the door and said someone will look at it but we would still be in the same room but when we said we were uncomfortable being in a room with a busted lock they complained before giving us a new room.

Filthy, smelly rooms Check in took 1 hr 19 minutes. The front desk person was not well versed with the system and had to call help desk, wait for an update and then needed help again to check me in. Room was smelly. Bathroom was filthy with spots and smudges. Did not seem like it was cleaned in the last 10 days.
