I paid for a double bed suite and when I showed up after working all day and driving 3 hours they did not have my room. After speaking with several people at Expedia and the hotel staff we were able to get 2 separate rooms with one bed each. Not a good experience at all, but the staff was nice and accommodating.

Internet did not work in the first room Bad plumbing in one of the rooms. Fridge was dirty. we were able to switch rooms it was still dirty and Tv was low. the internet is free but you have to pay if you want better internet.

There was un dry floor stain on floor when i got out the shower it turned my feet brown

Bad service I have had horrible horrible service and lies told to me regarding my stay, my room and the workers just do not care, except for two female workers the rest of them should all go through some customer service training!!!

Bad service My room smelled like smoke the whole weekend I stayed I bought febreezto try and get the smell out but I didn’t work. Front desk is terrible it’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t received my deposit. I called and the guy told me to call 30mins later because he was busy so I did and no one was picking up the phone so I called again 30mins later and still nothing…. Waited and called again 30mins later and still no pick up.

My room was dirty, there was dead bugs everywhere and when I told the worker, I didn’t even receive an apology all that was said was that they’ll leave a review. When I checked in there was a bug on the counter and when handing me my id back he used my id to push the bug off the counter and only apologized after I said something. There was arguing in a nearby room in the middle of the night. The overall stay was unpleasant.

When I arrived to checkin, I had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to come to the office and check me in. The manager was very rude when I complained about the wait. The outside of the hotel was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The inside of the room was decent for the price but I would not return due to the customer service received by the staff.

Poorly maintained property Bed was okay but the rest of the room was dirty. Floors (linoleum) looked like they had not been mopped in weeks. Bathroom sink was stained. A stranger knocked on my room door at 11:30pm. I did not answer but it was very scary.
