I booked and had a reservation that was fully paid. After an 8 Hour Drive when I arrived they had given away my rooms and told me they were fully booked and said there was nothing they could do for me. There was only one person working the hotel and it was his first day on the job and didn’t know what to do.

DON'T STAY HERE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! No nightstand so phone and alarm clock were sitting on top of bed side lamp. Floor was dirty black. No trash cans in room. Paid for a King bed got a queen. No cooking utensils. Crazy guy next door screaming from 10 PM until we left at 7 AM. Complained and they did nothing but knock on his door.

Unsanitary room Room smell like cigarettes, had flies over the bed right when I enter. Customer service name Chris bad service. Place smell like marijauna . Very dirty room. Couldn’t stay over night due to uncomfortableness.

Shower head was clogged. Daylight coming from door jam. Walkways dirty.

Don’t Do It Overbooked. No one called me. I showed up and they had no rooms for me. It was a nightmare.

Where do I start? I reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each months in advance only to get there and find out they never have double rooms available and that I was being given 2 rooms with queen beds. Bed sharing was not appropriate so of our party had to spend 3 nights sleeping in a crappy, broke down recliner. Door lock on one room was broken and no one was available to fix it. No extra TP in bathroom and only 1/4 roll left on the spindle. The carpet was absolutely FILTHY, obviously not vacuumed in a very long time. Dis... read more

I don’t spectate too much, but place was dirty, non smoking room smells a cigarette, they offer brakefast and was an intermittent service. I think the owners are not interested about their business. This was last time.

I was charged more by booking with Hotels.com and had to wait for about an hour and a half before i could be checked in, due to a lunch break. Service was not very inviting and no airport shuttle.
