A lot of homeles around the hotel, looks dirty.

they didn't have a room for us We showed up and they said they didn't have a room. We spent hours late at night in an unfamiliar area looking for a room. Most places were sold out. There were homeless people all around this place.

Filthy Filthy and poorly maintained

NOT WORTH IT A/C to room did not work and they did not have another room to offer, plus did not offer a discount.

Need a lot of improvements The staff was great. They were very nice, helpful and attentive. The hotel however was very dirty. Start with the key card……..my door will not open until the 4th attempt……consistently. The floor was dirty with water marks all over…..it obvious that it had not been mopped for a very long time. No trash can in the whole room (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom)…..definitely had my shoes on the whole time I was in my room. Found dirty q-tip, black……I think it was used to clean crack pipe.
