The room smelled like smoke and i found multiple cacaroach in the room! And one was in my food... i took a picture as well

Dirty Dirty bathrooms with hair on the shower walls and sink adding the so dirty mirror. Place smells too

Front desk lady was awesome. Room was nice and very clean. Free muffins and coffee in the morning.

The check-in process was slow and tedious. I have never been through that when I stayed at other extended stays. Not sure of the reason. I also did not like that they put a $100 charge on my credit card even though I had paid in full through Expedia.

Roaches and loud neighbors This place has roaches and loud guests. The area is nice but the clientele who stay here do so for the great price. Do not believe Hotels.com if they say anything around 60 is a deal to stay here. It's a roach infested motel.
