This is the second time in a row I have stayed at this location and have had to wait outside for nearly 25-30 minutes for someone to finally arrive at the front desk. After another 20 minutes I was finally checked in to my room.

Could not get checked in due to nightly audit I do not recommend this hotel. Our arrival at the Sacramento airport (SMF) was delayed by several hours. Our revised schedule had us arriving around 12:30am, so we decided to get a reasonably-priced room, rather than drive 2 hours home. I made the reservation and received a confirmation. Luggage was stolen from room while out to dinner, TV remote didn’t work and no towels in the bathroom.

Sketchy This hotel is scary. There were cockroaches coming out of the cracks in the parking lot. Elicit businesses being run out of hotel rooms. The lobby was in disarray. Homeless people living out of their cars in a vacant lot next to the parking lot. The sink in my bathroom had a broken faucet. Everything smells like a public laundromat.
