I would like a refund. the toilet was dirty and the room wasn’t cleaned. they had three other guests w same issue and couldn’t put me in a clean room. i had three kids and wanted to leave but we needed a place to stay. very unprofessional.

First room had garbage on the floors, countertops had crumbs and the floors were sticky. They moved me to another room that was also disgusting with empty condom wrappers on the floor, white stains on the desk chair and a broken shower. The third room was a bit cleaner but had a leaking faucet that ran all night. Horrible, disgusting, experience. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place was terrible. The room and halls smelled like cigarettes. The staff never answered the phone. They could not find the reservation initially and when we complained they just blamed Expedia. The room itself was dirty - counter and floors. The remote control for the TV didn’t work. The windows stuck and in fact didn’t close all the way.

When I checked in at 8 p.m., the room they gave me still wasn't ready. the sheets were in a big pile on the bed and there were no towels. They gave me another room, but I had to use hand towels until the next day because there were no bath towels.

Room was disgusting. What I hope was food splattered on the wall behind the table and what I’m pretty sure was feces on the bathroom door jam. Fridge made a grinding noise the whole time, outlet with alarm clock and lights didn’t work, and microwave was absolutely gross. Not looking for 5 star here, but this was bad. I left at 5am and went elsewhere. Very different experience than in Reno.

Bad buisness The toilet would not flush unless I put water in the back of the toilet. The bathroom sink was clogged up and the stopper in the tub was completely broke.
