This place was disgusting and felt unsafe. Do not bring your family here, do not stay here.

Room smelled had a strong odor and felt like it was a smell that was in the carpet. I will never stay here again. I tried to cancel and they refused my cancellation.

The phone didn’t work. The stove didn’t work. Lights didn’t turn on. There weren’t enough towels. Literally one and wash cloth. No toilet paper, just had less than half a roll, there was no back ups. I had to go down at 6am to get toilet paper because the phone didn’t work.

The night clerk was extremely rude and not helpful in resolving problems. They didn’t have a room available because they had not been cleaned! As we were speaking with her another family emerged asking for refund. Stating they were NOT going to stay in this filthy place! When asked what could she do for us, was told she didn’t know what to tell us. Asked her to call management who would not speak to us on phone. We had to find another hotel to go to for the night. We then had to return to hotel to try to get money returned. ... read more

I've stayed at this express multiple times and have liked it. This time, however, I was not given a clean room. There was a ring around the tub, paint splatters on the furniture and we were supplied with a fith of a roll of toilet paper

Never will stay at Extended Stay again ! Arrived to find out the room I booked and paid for was given away because they are a first come first serve hotel. I got a small room with only one bed and had reserved a double bed room and paid in advance. I I had to change rooms the next day and waisted my time waiting for one to be cleaned. The floors were filthy, They do not mop after each customer and had to wear shoes and put towels down which turned black from floor just to get out of shower. We did not stay. When we checked in, the lobby was full of people checking out and all upset because their rooms were dirty. We checked out room, which was also filthy. The staff at the desk was completely overwhelmed, yet polite and patient.
