DISGUSTING Horrible, dirty, smelly, dogs barking all night, can hear people’s conversations doors down, fire alarms going off, music blasting. I would never stay here ever again!

You can do better! Old run down not updated. Asked for a hair dryer...never was brought to me...TV remote VERY difficult to operate...shower water pressure really low...bed was OK...barely any blankets!! Location good..staff friendly!

Disappointed & won't make reservations here again. I booked this hotel for a new employee coming into town for training. I asked his how his travel arrangements were and he said he was very disappointed in the Hotel selection. He had to ask for a new room because the first one was VERY dirty. There was another couple checking in around the same they were asking for room #3 because the first two rooms were disgusting. Staff was nice and helpful. But room was dirty and dusty was still stuff under the bed, chairs were stain,dust in night stand and lamps, microwave was dirty with food residue, the bathroom tub and drapes look dirty and the whole room floor was still dirty and sticky. They need more work and supervision on the cleanliness of room.

Terrible, never choos & recommend this hotel. This hotel is so bad. I just help me friend booking that. First time, we booked from Jan. 2nd to Jan. 7th. Since the flight arrived late, the hotel said that the checkin time is over and they did not allow for checkin and cancel our reservation. My friend come back to hotel again on Jan. 3rd. Since the old researvation is cancelled, they charged one night penalty and we booked the new one from Jan. 3rd to Jan. 8th. The receptionist said the one night penalty can be waived.
