Emergency Family Stay Comped for Terrible Service We were displaced by the Kincade Fire, and spent a good hour just trying to check-in. We were told to come back and our room would be ready. We came back 30 mins later they'd given our room away- the only 2 bed left. The only room left next to our displaced family. Well first of all there should be a clear disclaimer that extended stay DOES NOT provide daily cleaning service, only every 8th day. However even when i checked in, the sheets were all crinkled, desk phone cradle had brown goop in it and the bathroom sink was stuck and won't drain. So whatever was left there remained there.when i called front desk i was promptly asked to use the kitchen sink. i can understand this if they charged $30 a night, but not at $90 a night. NEVER AGAIN...

There was nothing special about this hotel. The only thing it offered me was a place to sleep and shower. The kitchen was completely bare. Not a single pot, pan, or utensil for cooking, nor any cutlery for eating. Only option was a plastic spoon from the front counter. An obvious bag of garbage was left in the main hallway of the floor I was on first thing in the morning. I watched employees walk right by it many times with no concern to clean it up.

Very Dirty, hotel smells like smoke, it was a emergency situation the reason we stayed all hotels were booked in town.. Staff was friendly... But the hotel is horrible...nasty, dirt, broken shower head, broken ironing board, no iron in the room, dust everywhere..
