weak hotel is dated, needs upgrade, loud with freeway,

I didn’t like anything my stay was horrible the bed was horrible Travelocity said their was a room available when their really wasn’t so they when ahead and found a room that wasn’t cleaned that no ono was in and gave it to me and my grandma we will never trust travelocity again.

Rude at check in. Bad bed. Dirty. Noisy. Very disappointing indeed! I hope not all Extended Stays are this bad, I will not be the one to test that.

We mad a reservation for 3 nights, confirmed in October and when we arrived after driving 2 -1/2 hours we were told by the front desk manager that they were sold out and there were no rooms available. We were also told that she had to turn away six other customers for the same reason. Highly frustrated I called Expedia who quickly apologized for the inconvenience and accommodated us in a nearby hotel. Needless to say we will not stay at this hotel in the future.

trash on the floor of the room and shoes left under the bed.... not a single cup or glass in the room - when we asked for some we were told we got the last one...fortunately we like each other so we were willing to share. I have stayed here many times....it has always been better - won't stay again!

Room reservation wasn’t available when I showed up, staff was incompetent when trying to address the situation
