Smelled like smoke, animal hair everywhere noone from management to talk to about it

The place was clean however the A/C was so so noisy it kept us up all night. Other noises may have come from the fridge but loud bangs would jolt us awake every so often as well. The pillows were like paper, disposable pillows perhaps? We were left just one plastic cup and no coffee maker, not even instant coffee. Their "updated" look was a paint over on the tub and sink which was really ugly. It was obvious they were trying to pinch pennies in every way possible, they did spare every expense! Do go there! Place was very dirty, service slow and terrible, needed magnifying glass to watch the tv. No drains drained, tub greasy and dirty from last person, smoke comong through walls!!

They messed up my reservation and couldn’t even give me a room but charged my card and I had no where to stay. I even called a few hours before I got there and spoke with someone who found my reservation and assured me I’d be able to check in.

Dissatisfied Hotel Guests Hotel was to provide cookware, dishware and utensils in the kitchen but the drawers and cupboards shelves were empty. Included was a free-on-the-go breakfast which consisted of muffins, granola, packet oatmeal and coffee at 8:00 am to 9:30 am. When my husband arrived at the lobby before 9:00 am nothing was left except the packet oatmeal and help yourself coffee. The outside looks good but the inside was not. Our room was dirty, There was dog food pebbles all over the floor, like it was not swept. The mattress pad was stained. The site said breakfast included, it was granola bars and muffins wrapped in plastic so not fresh. When we told the front desk that our room was dirty, she said, I think I'll just quit. We cannot keep the housekeeping department staffed, and when we do have employees they do not know how to clean. They are hired through a temporary agency......

The room was dirty. There was a lot of hair and food crumbs on the floor. Bed sheets had stains, hairs, and food crumbs. It looks like not changed from the previous quest and not vacuum from a long time. There was not toilet paper, I had to request on the reception. Terrible night.
