1- I went in to front desk and asked for room availability. I was told nothing was available. I walked outside and within 2 minutes I had a room booked online. Is it company policy not to give rooms at front desk? Both windows were broken and not usable. We asked for sugar for coffee and none was available.When I checked out there was not any coffee left in lobby. stay somewhere else Lord. It was actually scary. First of all the check in process took like a year. The room looked like something out of a horror movie.

Hotel was dirty food left in fridge from prior guests. Floors in room and counters tops were also not cleaned. from 4am-6am off and on guest from a room were yelling and fighting. Very unhappy with the stay. Never will I stay here agin or suggest this place to anyone!

Do NOT Stay Here First of all, we requested 2 beds. There was only one full bed. They said it was the last room. They blamed Hotels.com; they said the reservations only asked for one bed. My confirmation said 2 beds. The room was filthy; the toilet disgusting. We complained to no avail; ended up cleaning it ourselves. They refused to refund the money, so we could stay elsewhere. Awful and rude.
Super dirty The manager refused to fix broken toliet. Wanted us to plunge it. It wasn’t clogged it was broken. The check in girl was great. But everything else was horrible

The property has not been updated. It didn’t feel clean. The bathroom was ok but the ceiling was peeling. I went to get water and the vending machine was out.

Extremely disgusting, smelled like smoke, pillows looked like old civil war bandages, lobby and hallways were trashed, would never stay there again. This place was a lot nicer 10 years ago.
