Disappointed This was one of the worst stays in my experience. There was full garbage cans in the room, the tv remote didn’t work, I received a coffee pot wrapped with old coffee grounds, the tub didn’t have a stopper, and the hotel was out of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I had my family due to the power outage and did not receive the accommodations we needed. We had to leave and go to another hotel. I ended up paying for two hotel nights because of this hotel. I was very disappointed.

We end up not staying there because the front desk stafff told us that Expedia had overbooked their rooms therefore even we had a reservation there’s no room available. That person is unhelpful and has an attitude. It looks like they do not prefer that we book through a 3 rd party for the reservation for their hotel. We we’ll not ever book with Extended stay again.
Very bad breakfast and bad service. Also, lobby is not available 24 hours.

Property does NOT have an ice maker. In addition, my initial room that i had been assigned had a non operational Air Conditioner when the weather was in the mid 90s. Also, there was a half empty glass bottle of beer sitting on the tae next to the bed. Very unhappy here. I had to walk downstairs since nobody was answering the phone. I finally received assistance and had another much improved and acceptable room to sleep in for the night. I will not be a dwturning guest thats for sure!!!***

Worst room and hotel ever! I will never stay that this hotel place again. The service was awful. The bed was hard as a rock. We only had to stay there cause no other hotels were available. Also, they always over book! We almost didn’t have a room
