Was told breakfast was included. Its only muffin and coffee, that should be clarified. No housekerping, guest brings used towels and is handed new ones.furnishings shabby. Broken shower head so shower sprayer had to be manually held. When returning to hotel welll begore 9 pm nightly, staff was not at front desk when doors wouldnt open and had to bang on door. Non working electrical outlets. Will never stay here again or recommend

The room we had did not have a plug for the bathtub. The shower was leaking dramatically and spraying all over the room so we had to move to another room. The second room did not have a for the bathtub. The second room did not have a charger for the phone, so we had to remove the charger from the first room and bring it to the second room. The second room did not have any ice.

Dirty rooms They charged me again at my arrival plus $100 deposit even though I told them hotels.com already charged my stay and they said they will refund the all the extra charges but they didn’t and the room was dirty and outdated.

Terrible Hotel didn't have my confirmation on file so I had to pay for my room two times, there was a live bug in the bathroom, there was random hairs in the shower & refrigerator. My family was too exhausted to move to another hotel so we made due.

Room had bad smell sticky floor and old food left in the cabinet, dust and bugs were in the room, Not recommend

Check in was ok. TV in the room was not working and no available technician in the building to fix the issue. Door does not lock from outside, making the card key useless. Tried it multiple times to lock the door but dis not work. No phone on the room to call the front desk. I have to go down to address issue. Water in the shower/tub does not drain properly fast enough.
