Staff great but there was no breakfast. Very disappointing.

Showed up for the property after Expedia already paid. There was no staff there Me into my room, the security guard was the only one at the front desk. He was very disrespectful as well as the manager that he contacted over the phone who said that she is not getting up out of her bed to come and do her job. The property made me wait to get my refund after taking my money.

No AC and phone didn’t work It was 97 degrees and no air conditioning. After checking in and walking into a very hot room, we tried calling front desk but the phone did not work. So I walked down to let them know. The friendly man who checked us in followed me back to my room to inspect the ac unit. He thought the thermostat was disconnected so he connected it. Won't come back The desk clerk was not helpful, and not friendly. The room backed up right into the (loud) elevator. There was no pool or lounge type area for the kids to hang out. The "breakfast" was grab and go packaged muffins and granola bars. It was quite a disappointment.

What a dump The wait for a desk person was 15 minutes. The smell through out the property, The room was extremely dirty, And I had taken photos, A dog in one of the rooms barking for hours, lights that did not work, The breakfast or lack of, no coffee, For the price that we paid it was not a property or company that I would ever stay again. I could get better at a flop house in San Francisco, This is a 75.00 a night max property.

Hotel did not honor the reservation, they called me at 5:00 pm saying they are overbooked and are cancelling the reservation. Service person hung up on me when I asked for an explanation. Worst service ever.

A dump with burn marks on the sink and a bad smell throughout the property. Tried to check in at 5:45 PM and nobody at the front desk. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to come back from lunch.
