Disappointed The elevator did not work, so climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor was not fun. The room was outdated and the smell of smoke in the hallway. Quite disappointed.

This was the most disappointing Extended Stay I've ever been to. The rooms badly need to be updated. The dresser was old, which the paint chipping off. The carpet was stained and looked dirty and gross. The sink had several cigarette burns along the edge. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that didn't have a blow dryer. Supposedly they have 5 in case people ask for them, and I was told they were "sold out." Bad vibe This hotel is like halfway house. Reeks of marijana and stale beer. Although smoke free the bath room sink had cigarette burn marks all around it. Very unpleasant vibe, So bad that we did not stay, ate the cost and left as fast as we could

Hotel stay was horrible, paint chipping in room, bathroom dirty, bed was dirty too…the housekeeping staff member lourdes decided to write a note on an envelope and asked for tip…NEVER will stay there again..pictures are not of current state of property! …i tried calling front desk and no one would answer..i was trying to get bed re done with CLEAN sheets.

Mildew in bathrooms, fixtures breaking off walls, furniture was beaten up. Yuck.

DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived and had 30 min to check in and get to the concert we were in town for. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in as they were k. Their lunch break. This is unacceptable. Once she did check us in she was rude, made no eye contact, and didn’t ask us if we needed any dishes. Our room had no cups at all.
