Did not like the fact there was no luggage carrier, also they put me in a room that was built for a handicap. I paid for a Queen and Got a full size. The staff however was amazing.

No extended stay for us. To start with, there was no one at the Lobby desk. We rang the bell a few times. After about 15 min. someone came out. The room was sort of OK, the chair in the room was uncomfortable and full of cracks, the sheets did not looked washed, they were wrinkled. The breakfast was continental that they put on a small table in the small lobby. Don't plan on getting much. When I opened the door to the first room, I was hit with the horrible smell of animal urine. The lady at the front desk presented us with another room. While the smell of urine wasnt present when you opened the door like the first room, it was obvious pets had urinated in that room too...this the first hotel i have stayed at that did not have a coffee maker in the room. People good, place bad. Room smelled horribly, bed felt like a sheet on coil springs, chair was cracked and torn up. The service and people however was top notch and very friendly!
