First she couldn’t find our reservation, then our cards didn’t work so we had to go back to the desk. She gave us new cards and our room hadn’t been turned over yet( at 430pm). Gave us a new room that was still dirty, no Wi-Fi, you can hear everything going on in other rooms.

Showed up late (11:30 pm) told sorry can’t help you with your PAID RESERVATION!! No rooms. All Expedia for refund. Was already having to be up for an ER SHIFT at 5 am. Didn’t have any receptionist. Only security who was zero help.

Terrible. Hallways smell, the bed and pillows smell. The lady that checked us in was smoking pot outside before she checked us in. Continental breakfast is coffee, small muffins, and granola bar. Very noisy, it’s right next to the highway. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

My husband and I were going to a concert near by and booked this hotel at the last minute. We checked in and checked out after only half an hour of being there. The place was so dirty I couldn’t imagine touching anything in the room much less sleeping there. It smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke and the bathroom counter was stained. We chose to drive 2.5 home hours after the concert rather than stay in this room that was already paid for.

Ok location but so loud and dirty and staff is unfriendly

On arrival my daughter and i attempted to check in but the on duty manager told us to come back 30 minutes later because he was on break. He walked a few minutes after us smiling while talking on phone. When we returned we asked for a luggage cart and were informed they dont have any. Thankfully someone who works here provided us with a laundry bin to help with our things. Room looked nothing like the pictures.
