Reserved a king size bed and received a queen. They couldn't fix the problem and I had to deal with it. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and there were cigarette burn marks on the counter tops in a non smoking room. Don’t stay here When we showed up the guy at the front desk was smoking weed. He said they didn’t have any clean rooms. They gave us a room key and told us to come back in an hour (3pm) and it’d be ready by then. We got back at 3:30 and went to our room. It was most definitely not cleaned. The property advertises breakfast on Expedia. Unfortunately, they only have coffee, packaged oatmeal, bars and muffins. Nothing else, literally!

The first room we were placed in smelled like smoked, the smoke detector was hanging from ceiling, the floor was sticky, food in the cabinets still and coffee thrown on the wall and a pillows missing. I traveled with children and asked front desk to move rooms. The second room had something on the clock, surfaces were not cleaned and the floor was sticky, which I ended up cleaning the floor with my feet and a towel to avoid having sticky feet. When I arrived at 6:00 p.m., there was nobody at the desk to check-in. While waiting for someone to come (which took at least 10 minutes) two other guests showed up and said they were having a problem with their keys. I decided that I would only stay one night because I needed to make sure I could get into my room at night. Later, the check-in was also very poor. Horrible stay This stay was absolutely horrible. Check-in took much longer than it ever should have. The person checking us in had no idea which rooms were clean and which ones weren’t. She had someone physically check each one of the rooms to see if they were clean and or if they were people in them. How do you not know if a room is rented or not? During our one night stay, the fire alarm was activated which only added to the crappy experience. No fire, just a huge inconvenience.
