Well the place was dusty garbage on the kitchen cabinet the fire alarm went on twice we have to run out the hotel I’m not recommended this place

Check in was good. That is about it. Clerk Let me check in 1 1/2 early. Hotel stay was terrible. No hangers no coffee maker no conditioner one light broken furniture very worn no lotion no blow dryer has kitchenette but no pans utensils napkins dishes If you want any kitchen items you need to ask. Building and elevators smelled like cigarettes.

TERRIBLE!! FILTHY Filthy rooms (old bottle caps and black sticky floors) terrible customer service. Honestly the worst stay ever. Not clean or sanitized at all!!

First off there was no pool, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The “free” breakfast was a granola bar, fig bar or a cup of oatmeal and a coffee. Definitely will be looking for a more accommodating place. Staff was pleasant though.

TERRIBLE customer service. Was on hold with front desk for 30 minutes. Directed to an online form at main website that did NOT work. Was on hold over 30 minutes then had an agent who was aware of the problem but couldn't solve it. Spoke with Guest Services who ostensibly resolved the issue only to have the problem arise at check in as though corporate Guest Services had never passed info along to them. Hotel was NOT clean. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. There is no rating low enough for this organization.

The property was dirty Bathroom had poop o. The toilet and dirty shower We asked for more pillows and never received them We put dirty towel outside the room to get new ones and never did When we asked for utensils she had to wash them by hand The room the had clean stuff was in the same room as the dirty laundry The front desk clerk was shocked to see me standing there watching her wash the forks and knives It was horrible all the way around. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday

Wouldn’t honor room Unfortunately they overbooked and wouldn’t honor our prepaid room. Gave me a number to customer service which was closed.
