I checked in and was sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Disgusting, trash everywhere. I slammed the door& went back to the desk where, after confusion & discussion, they offfered to “make up a bed” which I declined & asked to have charges refunded. That took some doing as staff of3 seemed to not know how to do it. Also some residents I saw there looked a little rough! Dont send anyone there.

Room was unlocked upon arrival, dirty bed skirt with body fluids on it, old worn furniture, room smelled.

Bad experience! The issue is that we could not stay the first night out of the 2 we booked and paid for. We arrived to hotel a few mins past 11 PM. No one was at reception only the security guard. He had no access to system so we were asked (via interphone system) to come back the next day at 7 AM. This may had been my fault but I feel cheated by either Hotels.com or by Extended Stay. Will I book again? NO.

Needs maintenance, remodeling. My unit the food would not close. Smells like old.
