I liked it had a refrigerator & microwave, but disappointed it did not have a pool. The floors were filthy & sticky - even after wiping with lysol wipes, it was still disgusting. One of the windows was cracked upon check in and I did report that to the front desk. Days prior I was told I could check in early - that it would not be a problem, but day of arrival they would not let us check in early and could not understand why I was told they we could. Not a good place to stay The place was filthy. We couldn’t get access to a coffee pot and there were virtually no amenities.

We knew going in this hotel had a 2.5 star rating but we needed something close by so we took a chance. We booked the hotel because we needed a kitchenette and it advertised a breakfast. We were disappointed with both. The morning breakfast area was in a cabinet in the lobby a few feet from the main entry. The breakfast consisted of snack bars and instant oatmeal. Never stay again! Curtains were coming off the rods… bed was as hard as a rock! NO hair dryer and I had to ask for a coffee pot which was not delivered then was told one was not available!! The room looked like a run down college dorm room!!

Upscale for a crack hotel For an upscale crack hotel, it wasn't that bad ;) First room didn't have a working toilet. Second room was ok. Shower curtain was tool long and just sat in the slow draining tub during the shower. AC was good and the chair to watch TV was comfortable. No coffee pot in the room, front desk said coffee by 7am. No coffee at 7:20, left the place. This an extended stay so probably ok for a place to stay for a week on a budget. I know I won't be there again. If I do, I'm headed in the wrong direction.

Room was dirty. Furniture was extremely old and chipped. Popcorn ceiling. Chair didn’t work. Bed was alright. Room smelt like smoke and non smoking room. Staff was extremely pleasant as always. I’ve stayed there before. Smoke alarm went off when I was asleep as someone in the building was cooking. So it was a force alarm. The hotel needs an update asap.

Disappointed - not what we expected We arrived and checked in. While walking to our room, there were 2 guys standing outside of a room arguing with a lady inside her room about money for something, we went down the hall to our room immediately. When we got inside the floors and counters were dirty and dusty. We wiped off the counters and did the best we could to wipe down the floors since we had our dog with us. Worst stay ever!!!!! Everything was awful! Dirty and smelly! Garbage building up in a room at the end of the hallway. People living in the hotel, drunk blasting music and his tv ALL NIGHT LONG. Called the front desk 3 times for them to handle it and we had to handle it ourselves. Worst experience we’ve ever had!!! 180$ a night for that disgusting place!!
