The good: The property is in fair to good condition. The bad: The elevator smelled of urine. Yes, I’m serious. And there was a lot of trash and cigarette butts strewn about the parking lot. Not exactly the best first impression that’s for sure.

This place smelled bad it was disgusting loud the bed was gross uncomfortable everything about this hotel was disgusting the minute I walked in the room I almost walked out

Stay away from this place Our first room had no hot water in the bathtub/shower. They told us it was mis-plumbed. The building was built in 1998 -- didn't they learn that before now? Our second room had no heat; we had to borrow blankets from our daughter. Then there was the "free breakfast," which consisted of coffee, tea, powdered oatmeal, breakfast bars, and pre-packaged muffins with artificial blueberry bits. Honestly, folks, if this is the best you can do, I would just pack it in.

Truly unprofessional and inappropriate check in. The agent was outside smoking when I pulled up. By the time I parked, he was now at the front of the entrance having a conversation about her being too drunk. She kept asking if she embarrassed him. I go inside and wait 5 more min. Someone else walks in, then, I proceed outside to see if the one calming a drunk girl down was the check in guy. We have stayed here in the past so we were surprised by the negative reviews. So we booked a room. BOY WERE THEY RIGHT! We checked in with a pet reservation and were told we had to pay even more money. Then we asked for a cart and were told there isn't any. No one was wearing a mask even though it says on the door you must wear one. We were outside to get our last load (of many) of luggage and 4 cop cars coming flying in and ran into the lobby.
