This unit was filthy, the suite with a kitchen had no utensils. There were no cups… I had to walk to the front desk multiple times to ask for the things that every hotel that I’ve ever stayed in my life has provided.

Dont check-in late. Hotel cancelled reservation, after I informed them I was going to check-in after midnight due to travel delays.

Horrible. First they sent us to a dirty filthy room, then when I went back for a new key they sent me a room where the keys did not work, so I had to go back and get more new keys. The hallway in my “nonsmoking” room smelled like chain smokers covering it up with burning incense. There was black hair in my “clean” room, in the toilet, in the sink, everything smelled so bad. No second chance I had requested a rollaway bed and somehow they didn't have it in the notes. I had to sleep on the recliner which to my surprise was comfortable . At the time of booking there was no availability for 2 beds. Wanted to try this hotel since we had stayed at the hotel down the street 2,weeks ago. The To Go breakfast was just granola bars and oatmeal which is ok but was expecting more variety like the hotel down the street. Hotel needs a renovation.

Doesn't look like the picture. It was spartan at best. How can an extended stay place not have pots, pans, plates, silverware, dishwasher, toaster. Nothing but empty cupboards and no ironing board. I had to go down to the lobby to pick up their only iron so I could iron on a table the entire time. No gym. No breakfast. They said breakfast was at 6 AM. It consisted of bitter coffee and a basket full of granola bars.

When I checked in at 6:15 PM the room still wasn’t ready for me to take my stuff into as it was still being cleaned. I ended up having to leave to my appointment. When I did get into my room later that evening it was not cleaned very well the bathtub Was dirty and the sink had hairs in it from previous customers
