I was a late check in. When I got there the front staff told me that my reservation had been cancelled by the night audit. I’m not sure what that means, I’m sure it was out of her control. She had me waiting for a very very long time. During that time I was able to find another place to stay at. She called for help but no one was able to help her. She didn’t offer me another room, nothing. I asked her if I could cancel since she can’t get me a room she said yes. I am still waiting for a refund. The place looked sketchy too..... read more

Awful customer service. Trash hotel We arrived and waited in the lobby for 45 minutes with no staff there to help anyone. When we got there, there was already 2 people in line in front of us, 1 had been waiting for almost 45 minutes already she said. We called the hotel multiple times and no one answered. Horrible place to stay Horrible. Twenty minutes to check in as desk person disappeared. Nobody at desk in the morning. Room smelled of chemicals. Handprints on mirror. Neighboring room had at least 6 people partying with two coughing until 4:45AM. Worst place ever.

Save your time and money, choose another place Check In staff was awesome, the room, not so much. Poor job of cleaning as there was trash all underneath the bed. Room smelled of stale smoke or old food. A/C Heater didnt work properly and 2 of the lights were out. The staff the morning of check werent accomadating and dont ask for extra towels unless you have the old ones alreafy bagged up and ready to turn in.

Non smoking room smelled a lot like smoke. Door handle was very loose so had to wait outside 20 minutes for maintenance man to come open it.
