I did not stay there and I messaged the hotel but no one answered and they still charged me a whole room. Also When I called the hotel the staff gave me attitude and wouldn’t let me talk to the manager. After all that I also had the protection on there which I had to pay an extra 9 dollars. For what protection??

Never Again! The property was very gross! Both inside and outside. Ended up checking out after 3 hours from check in due to the surrounding tenants parties and despite calling front desk to inform them it co rubies. The walls were shaking from the loud music. Definitely did not feel safe either!

I was a late check in. When I got there the front staff told me that my reservation had been cancelled by the night audit. I’m not sure what that means, I’m sure it was out of her control. She had me waiting for a very very long time. During that time I was able to find another place to stay at. She called for help but no one was able to help her. She didn’t offer me another room, nothing. I asked her if I could cancel since she can’t get me a room she said yes. I am still waiting for a refund. The place looked sketchy too..... read more

Awful customer service. Trash hotel We arrived and waited in the lobby for 45 minutes with no staff there to help anyone. When we got there, there was already 2 people in line in front of us, 1 had been waiting for almost 45 minutes already she said. We called the hotel multiple times and no one answered.
