I would not recommend this place! Literally none of the rooms were clean when we arrived to check In. They told us there were 45 dirty rooms the night prior and only two people working in housekeeping. They should have been a bit more prepared Knowing there was going to be a festival that weekend. Discussed The complex had a lot prostitutes outside along with men sitting in theirs cars watching the women playing loud music all night. Garbage everywhere, not to mention I found fast food bags in the cupboards of my room

Horrible Experience Was very disappointing. This place was not safe, and was very dirty from the outside stairs to the front of the room we rented. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but asked them to refund our second day since the first night we found the place infested with cockroaches. It was awful, people were loitering around. All the rooms smell like cigarettes. It was awful. I would never stay at an Extended Stay America Hotel ever again.

The first room they gave wasn’t even cleaned so I had to go back to get a new room then the second room they gave me the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock I left at 10:30pm because I didn’t feel safe.

Horrible stay I was shocked and disappointed, first we had trouble getting in and out of the room, the handle and lock are messed up. The phone was broke i did tell the front desk but i didnt get any help . Then their we're men and women fighting out side our door, i tried asking them to stop( it was 2am about) and i was cussed out and threaten we didnt sleep all night after that the next morning we left.we where told we cant get our money back for the remaining 5 days.

It seemed to be a lot of "parking lot" activity, therefore it did not feel safe especially when the doors didnt look like they'd hold if an intruder tried to enter. Secondly, fire alarm went off twice, I believe from the shower steam scaring the $#! out of me. Room smelled like cigarettes and the linen hadn't been washed well. The rags were dingy and the fitted sheet had stray hairs..possibly from a pet. I had to sleep on top of the covers because I was too tired to leave. Front desk staff were nice at check-in.

Outside property garbage everywhere. Extremely noisy late night/early morning. Blower dryer didn’t work.we had early morning flight and needed to leave hotel at 6 am. Blower dryer didn’t work and no one on property to assist. Luckily we were traveling with friends so I borrowed their blow dryer. Phone in room didn’t work. Woukd not stay in another extended stay property
