I showed up at 11pm, and no one was attending the front desk. Wait for 10 minutes and no one came. No one answered the phone when I called and ended up having to go to a different hotel. Horrible. Would never go back

They didnt have the room available that I reserved. Room was too small and smelled of urine

There is too many kids running around people actually live there had a downstairs room and people above ran around all night till 3am horrible

After I reserved the room, I show up to check in and was told that the property is sold out and I had no reservation.

Will never stay again Room was filthy; floor covered with food; nightstand covered with sticky unknown substance; pillows covered with hair; mattress itself was worn and collapsed in the middle. Noisy surroundings. I have seen homeless shelters that were better kept than this hotel.

Horrible hotel. Stay away! Bathroom had a very bad smell. So bad that I could not be there for 10 seconds. My family could not take a shower. You could smell the cigarettes so someone was smoking before. Floors were not clean (inside and outside). Trash in the hall. Urine smell in the hotel...very old furniture and not clean. My room was next to the freeway and the windows were not noise proof. A lot of homeless people live in that hotel.
