I didnt like that my sheets and pillow cases was dirty had dry blood on them and the floor was dirty and stained up

The place was disgusting. I requested a non- smoking and the place has ashes everywhere. A plastic bag was wrapped around the smoke detector. It felt like someone just stayed there and they didn’t clean it after them. Bed and sheets were changed out. No towels or bathroom essentials.

The bathroom was half cleaned. There was a really thin cover on the bed that made it look like only the top sheet was on it. The staff couldn't give me directions to the room (I arrived at night) because she was new and told me to go find it myself. Then at 2am in the morning, other guests at this hotel started screaming and shouting. This was my first time and last one that I will be staying here.

Nothing good to say...totally horrified with the lack of security, room condition and general property. We didnt even stay there. We did not feel safe and ended up going to another hotel.

I like that I was accommodated and could switch my room. They ran out of the king size bedrooms which cost more therefore I asked can I have something in the back if a king was available. They ended up giving me a handicap room and it felt dirty in the room. And I'm going back up there getting another room I want to be in the back of the facility but they gave me a dog room and when I got in the room it was 30 that was spots on the blankets there was a band-aid on the floor with blood on it and I don't smell.
