Worse hotel i ever been to in my life!! Very disappointed!! Booked this hotel for Sunday December 15 to Tuesday December 17. I requested for a non smoking room. They gave me room 171. Not only does that room smell so bad and strong, It was the dirtiest hotel room i ever been to. I am 13 weeks pregnant and my daughter is 2 years old. I had a very late check in but had to wait at the empty front desk over 5 minutes for an employee to show up. Room I was given had broken hair dryer so switched to another room that didn't even have one. Very dirty run down property as well.

The property was very noisy, people in and out all night

Not thrilled Extra charge for pets was not clearly defined at the time of booking. The floor was sticky. Furniture was broken. I realize if you want a hotel that takes pets your not going to get the best. They could do a lot better.
