Arrived at 10:10 PM and there was no one at the counter in the lobby until 10:40 PM. The property outside is dirty. The room itself had no cups, the phone to the front desk has no telephone wire connected to the wall. The television had no remote and was wobbly. The WiFi was horrible and kept cutting out, I was on an important meeting online and had to keep logging back in to the WiFi. The bed covers are more like just tip sheets. I was put in a handicap room, the window was unlocked, and the refrigerator was not clean

Never again! Roaches, room was dirty and unclean when we arrived. Only had ONE towel. Staff were helpful and somatic but the room was trash.

The property was dirty many things broken and didn’t function correctly, many metallic finishes were rusted and the common areas were filthy
