The toilet didn’t work and they didn’t have maintenance on site to help with the plumbing problem. They have problems with their key cards. They don’t always work.

I checked in, texted Expedia for help once I saw the condition of the rooms and property and they easily facilitated my refund so I could go somewhere cleaner, safer. The photos on the Expedia site are very misleading for this property. Kudos though to the woman at the desk at this place who helped me, she was great

We have to cancel because the room was dirty, hair on the wall in the shower and bed was dirty too.

Bad hotel Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry. No extra blankets, bed was made with only a sheet. The night clerk took 20 minutes to open the door for check in.

We’ve stayed here before with no issues! But this time it was just gross! My husband spilt water on floor wiped it up and the towel was black! Then a cockroach ran across the counter and that did it for me! When we checked out, I told the lady at the desk and she promised a 52.00 refund but we never got it!
