Never again! Roaches, room was dirty and unclean when we arrived. Only had ONE towel. Staff were helpful and somatic but the room was trash.

The property was dirty many things broken and didn’t function correctly, many metallic finishes were rusted and the common areas were filthy

We did not stay. It does not look sanitary. Linen and bed were nicely done but there are hair under the linen which made me not wanting to stay. The bathroom smells smoke. Also, we had luggage to carry upstairs but no carrier and elevator. I ask to have my refund. The staff that was working said the charge is returned to my card, refunded per employee (named Joy).

Wouldn’t stay again. I booked a king bed room with couch but there was no couch. The tv remote was busted in two and didn’t work. The pictures in the wall had broken glass. There was a terrible smell in room. The kitchen counter and bathroom counter had a wax like substance splattered all over it. The kitchen cabinet door was broken and didn’t close all the way. They didn’t provide any shampoo or soap. There were no kitchen utensils or plates or cups.

It's not a hotel it's more or less an apartment complex. Families living permanently. Entire Room smells of smoke can not even breathe.

Worst hotel experience First, the service at the front desk was awful. There were at least two people talking in a room behind the front desk and they let me stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes because one woman said she was on break. When I finally got checked into my room, it was on the second floor. The handles on the staircase were held on with duct tape. The concrete stairs were badly cracked and unsafe. The room was disgusting! The couch was ripped and torn. The floors were filthy and the microwave was not cleaned. The room reeked of smoke even though it’s a no smoking place. I checked in and checked out all within 10mins.. Will never stay here. I have the pictures to prove this as I shower the staff and all she said was get a refund from the site you booked through
