No hot water , room smelled like cigarette's

The unit was very dirty. Microwave was broken. Crochets we’re every where even in the bed! I had very bad experience!

We were not able to check in because of some night audit at the hotel. I have never had this problem before, she said the wait was an hour and a half and it was 1am. I did not want to wait in the middle of the night. I had to get another hotel.

Property was filthy. Staircases un-swept and un- washwd. !st room given was either occupied or not ready, Only bed was changed in the room. Floors were not vacuumed. I was told that my deposit would be returned on check out, but it was not. No receipt issued.

Rooms The room was already dirty no clean towels floor had a blue spot pillow cases were dirty and when ask for new stuff the daytime said we had to ask for service a day in advance the even/ night service was awesome

Stay at your own risk Filthy hotel rooms. Rooms and hallways smelled like urine. Horrible customer service. Parties and fights in parking lot. No garbage can in room. Smoke detector not properly installed. Grips were removed from bathtub, causing falling out of shower and injury. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. On site manager was aware of the situation and I was told she couldn't handle it and left.

Never Again Took this as last minute for Goldenfest at Discovery park. Loved how close it was but didn’t expect it to be a less than Motel 6 experience. Tons of residence challenged people in the immediate vicinity. Even thought there was a kitchen there was no coffee pot nor a single dish or piece of silverware. Two plastic cups but no toiletries I just didn’t expect this level of thread bare for this brand of hotel.

Avoid! This place was disgusting. We went with friends and neither room had been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and under the bathroom sink. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and the bed sheets had stains. Would not recommend.
