They did not have a room for me and told me all they can do is give me a refund! Why would you let me reserve in advance if I don’t have a room reserved for me? Makes no sense I’m also disappointed in Travelocity!

Never have clean linens Paid extra for free breakfast what breakfast I had to go to store and by cleaning supplies pots and pans for my room as well as clean it this was my only options and with in my vudget

I called ahead to say I would be very late ; after 9pm for sure . They said no problem we are open 24 hrs . I came at 10:30 ish .. She said my reservation was in the computer but they were out of rooms. She said there were rooms but they hadn't cleaned them yet . And she complained that Expedia always overbooks I will NEVER go to Natomas ES . They sent me to the West Sac Ext Stay one which turned out wonderful .

Beware! Shocking condition! We were so disappointed...Front desk doesn't even greet the customer or say thank you....at least need to smile! but that is fine, maybe she is overworked ..needs training from some convenient store staff.. btw, we forget to ask for shampoo ahead of time & we were placed on the far building and reception is on the other side.....Room is old! Bathroom needs to be fixed.. The owner needs to change the microwave. I think it's been there for more than 15 years! btw, where is the manager?. LOL! . even ... read more
👎 El cuarto se llenaba de agua después que salías de bañarte porque no se iba el agua por el resumidero, el aire no enfriaba nada y lo reporte dos veces, nunca lo arreglaron y olía a drenaje todo el cuarto.
