I would not stay here again. It was very noisy. The room didn’t have any trash cans. There were not enough washcloths. Had to ask twice for additional sheet and blanket for sofa. Selection of tv channels very limited.

Drove 10 hours from Las Vegas to this property just to find out that no rooms are available upon arrival. The front desk mentioned that they are under staff on the house keeping department and many rooms were not clean. Instructed us to call Expedia to transfer our reservation to another same property close by, but when we get there the Expedia representative told us that no rooms are available as well to their system. They didn’t have shampoo we ask from desk the said they were out

We had no soap in our room. Kept calling front desk and no one would answer. Our room’s bathtub was dirty and had bugs. The ceiling has spiderwebs and the next morning spiders by the window. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. Pay extra to stay somewhere else if possible!

I was under the assumption that dishes, pots, pans ect was available come to find out it’s first come first serve. Ok well I figured I was going to be there 5 days so i can just call up the next morning. Not only were they never available it seemed like I was bothering the person at the front desk every time I called up there.

Outside area dirty, inside floors dirty and sticky, Hair in the bathtub, stained shower curtains, chocolate on bathroom sink, stained shower curtains. Overall sorry I booked here, would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Very dirty sofa bed mattress was stained and dirty no sheets or blanket. Sofa mattress was worn and ripped could totally feel springs. Door handle was off.
