I cant say i liked anything about that place, other then 1 or 2 of the employees was the only thing this hotels has going for it otherwise i wont go there again

Don't stay here Just needed a clean room for the night as we were passing through. So much for clean. The floor was absolutely horrible and dirty. Shower floor was clean because the curtain was too short and water all over the floor. But the rest of the place, no. Took my shoes off and my "white" socks we black by the time I went to bed. Yes, see picture. In the am my shoes were black on the bottom when we left the room. No ice machine available, gives you some ice trays (again not clean) to make your own. Terrible Lady working at the front desk was very rude room was very uncomfortable and a lot of crack heads in the parking lot

We had never stayed at Extended Stay America Suites before. We thought it would be an acceptable place to stay, and it was close to the airport. The floor was filthy. The towels flimsy. There was no hair dryer, so I had to ask at the desk if they had one for me. Luckily they did have one that I was able to use. There were only 2 flimsy plastic cups. They didn’t have the room with 2 beds available. Tried to substitute another room but it was being remodeled, tried to substitute another room Left and went and found another place to stay. Total dump!

Horrible experience The Check/In was Horrendous..Front desk person came out Yawning with her hands in her pants, Extremely rude unprofessional, Just unbelievable, I was in town visiting had already paid for hotel and it was late night, So I just bit my tongue and checked in, I get in the room first thing I saw was a Roach.. Upon checking in, there were no pillows on the bed there was no trashcan, there were no iron, and no phone to which to call any Rhone‘s or the front desk. My parents were in another room had to call the front desk for me in order for them to bring a telephone and the other items. They only brought the phone for my entire stay. The rest of the items listed were not given to me. And there was no. room service the entire time I was there.
