The room had not been cleaned properly. There was toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom mirror. Counters, etc were not properly cleaned. The fold out sofa had a dirty stained fitted sheet on it and when I took it off the mattress underneath it had debris on it and under it. There wasn't a flat top sheet or a blanket for it even though I had reserved a room for 3 adults. The front staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. They were the only part of the facility that was good.

Roaches, subpar amenities. When I first checked in, I was told they had been having problems and were unsure if my room was clean. After I was assured it was, I discovered their "clean" room had a dead roach on the bed. In the shower, there was a living roach. The floors were dirty, too I also discovered that they only offer 1 towel per guest, which means I didn't have a towel for my hair. Their amenities were awful, too. Sac towns finest The place was horrible. There was what seemed to be a makeshift auto shop in the parking lot. There was about 5 vehicles being worked on and or missing parts. There was people yelling all night. My wife and I decided to leave around 2 am instead of staying the whole night because I was afraid I would wake up to my car being dismantled. Sketchy, dirty, and Nope! This place is home to many homelees in Sacramento. I saw drug deals going down in the parking lot, people hanging out in their cars, its in a very secluded 'sketchy' area too. My room was gross. There was pee and tp in toilet, black hairs in the kitchen sink, the table had not been wiped, and the pillow cases looked used. Scary It was rundown inside and out. No kitchen utensils, plates or pans. Kitchen was a little beat up. Bed and Bathroom were clean. Linens were clean. The place looked old and tired.
