The staff was very unprofessional. The night clerk who checked me in wasn't wearing anything to identify him as an employee. He was just in street clothes, no name tag, nothing official. I couldn't unlock my room door with the key and his advice was to just keep trying. I was offered no assistance. The day clerks were in the back chatting and not at the desk. My room had several live cockroaches running around, including ON MY BED. I was told the management would be alerted so they could exterminate. I was not offered an apo... read more

Outside looks good. Front desk person was not that helpful. They put me into a room that was dirty and I called and asked for a new one. The front desk person acted like he was being put out. The security officer refused to walk past the first building and I was in the 3rd that had tons of non-paying customers hanging around and having a party.

DON'T STAY!! Pictures are far from reality, this hotel is dirty, beds are uncomfortable and over all looks dirty and unkept. I went with my son and we didn't feel safe at all within minutes of arriving there was cops outside dealing with other guest so I decided to book another place and left. Wasted $180 dollars.

We booked a room with a hide a bed, there was no mattress, instead full of trash. The actual bed had no blanket just sheets. There were cockroaches crawling around. Toilet paper dispenser was broke, dirt and grime all over the doors and walls, bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in as it had a huge crack in it. Floors were dirty

The shower didn't work in my room and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. When I called the front desk to report the shower the gal laughed at me and asked if I pulled on the knob which I then replied yes. She told me there was nothing she could do as maintenance was not there and offered a discount off my room. DONT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! WARNING! DRUG DEALERS KNOCKING ON DOORS! HUMAN FECES IN parking lot, people living here, bbquing in front of rooms, trash everywhere, water coming out of refer in room, old food left in refer, DONT STAY HERE!
